Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) has entered into a collaboration with the Frontier Counties Development Council (FCDC) to spearhead the establishment of the FCDC Blue Economy Multi-Agency Action Plan (FCDC-BEMAP)2025-2030

The Frontier Counties Development Council (FCDC) is a regional economic bloc comprising the County Governments of Lamu, Tana River, Garissa, Wajir, Mandera, Marsabit, Isiolo, Turkana, Samburu, and West Pokot.
